The Beauty of Hate.

March 8th, 2017
Hate is powerful.

It’s also pretty scary when it’s directed at you.

My sister hates me. I know this to be true as she told me the last time I saw her, which is a few years ago now. Yip, those words ” I hate you” came out of her mouth.

I think she has hated me since I was born. I ruined her life by turning up.

Here’s the most frightening thing. I think I have hated myself, too, for making her life so awful, just by being born.

Ridiculous, right? But when we are in a family relationship with someone we just want them to be happy. She was surprised to learn that I don’t hate her back. Fortunately for me I had meditated a few days before I met with her and received the insight I needed so when she told me she hated me, I simply said, “I know”.

Do I hate the cruelty of being disconnected from her? Yes. Do I hate this situation? Yes. Do I hate feeling powerless about it? Yes. Does it crush my spirit when I text or call her and she never, ever responds? Oh yes. Does it hurt like f*ck? Yes.

Keanu Reeves said grief changes shape but it never leaves.

The beauty of being in excruciatingly painful situations is that it drives you to go deep and to turn to something bigger than yourself. It has a beautiful purpose. To connect you to your Higher Self, to the Universe, to remind you where you came from.

Why does my sister hate me? So I can learn the gift of loving myself.

For that I am truly grateful. Both my siblings and the love of my life have done more to drive me towards my dreams than any other people on earth. For that I am truly grateful. They are also the relationships that have been the most painful for me. For that I am also truly grateful.

If you are in pain, conflict or stress in any of your relationships then I encourage you to look at it from the Divine Perspective. How is this situation actually to your benefit in the long run? How could this be perfectly orchestrated to bring you what you truly need? Most importantly, what decisions are you about the situation, or yourself?

Do I miss them all? With every beat of my heart. You have not truly loved until you can love the people who have hurt you the most.

Turn hate into gold by opening your heart to the pain and allowing love that you are to propel you into your dreams. If you have something or someone in your life that you hate do what it takes to let it go, not just for them but also for you.

Sending you love and blessings,

p.s. This was tough to write but please know that I am not looking for validation or sympathy. I just know that I would have loved to have read something like this from someone, years ago.

p.s.s. If this hits a nerve for you, please let me know. I’m here for you.

On becoming an AMAZING Lover!

October 26th, 2016

Are you a fair weather lover?

Do you love it when it’s good but you’re out of there when the clouds come in?

But how can you truly love someone if you can’t love their dark side, right?!

We have seen a back lash in the world of positive psychology of being happy and positive all the time. Finally, we are now seeing more integration of our light and dark which is a massive shift towards wholeness.

The beauty of being in relationship is that person teaches you about yourself – namely you embracing your own dark side so you can also embrace the dark side in others.

If you want to be an exceptional lover you feel.

The joy, ecstasy and rapture but also the despair, disconnection and despondency. A true lover is not afraid to feel. They embrace it all and place a high value on their feelings. It is only when we displace our feelings that they become out of control, irrational and frightening to ourselves and others. This is about complete ownership of your experience.

What is sexier than the person who can be there for you when you are falling apart? Who can be still with you while you feel your pain, trusting in your experience and having faith that it will pass?

What does it take to be that person? Integration of your own light and dark.  Acceptance of what you feel, no matter what. No matter what society says is appropriate – i.e. men don’t cry and women don’t get angry, for example. No matter what your family says is the way you should behave, no matter what limitations you place on yourself.

Every feeling fully felt is bliss.

So if you want to be an amazing lover take the time to feel. Honor your emotions. We spend so much time rush, rush, rushing that we simply don’t give ourselves space. This is why people marvel when kids do so well meditating instead of doing detention – because it is creating a space for them to be!

Then of course we come to fear. A lot of people would rather die than feel their feelings. This is where we see self medication and addiction rear it’s ugly head. It’s simply a distraction to take you away from feelings you perceive to be uncomfortable.

This is what all healers do – they live in present moment.

If you are going back to the past to clear some old hurt, feeling or emotion that has been trapped in your psyche then it pays to do it with someone who can be in the present moment with you. With someone who has had the courage to do the work themselves, who has the empathy and understanding to hold your hand in the dark.

You only need to look at the areas of your life that you don’t feel are working or moving to know what needs to be addressed. Sometimes it’s hard to see because we are so ‘in’ our own lives. Often it’s not until we have broken free that we can see how much of a bind we were in. Your body is always telling you, showing you where things are not right so listen there first.

What happens when you are free and clear? You can manifest like magic. You become fearless, full of love and experience more ease and grace. You realize there is no limit to the depths of love – there is always MORE love to experience. This doesn’t mean that shitty things won’t happen anymore but your ability to cope with what shows up, expands monumentally. Instead of staying weeks or months in a funk you can shift out of it, often in minutes!  You experience more joy, more abundance. But all of it is in direct proportion to how deep you go on the dark side. The dark side is only the unknown, after all.

If you’re ready to go deep and to become a phenomenal lover then drop me a line so we can connect. The people I work with are leaders in their own life and the best lovers because they are open to feel. They take ownership of their feelings and choose to be unstoppable. That sounds pretty sexy to me!

Sending you love and light,

Next time I’ll write more on going deeper into pleasure as a lover, in all aspects of your life. It’s something I’m excited to share with you and it’s super juicy, so stay tuned! x

Living in love is bliss

Do you know yourself as love?

So many people feel separate from love. What if I told you that you ARE love already so you can never be separate from it? How would you start showing up, if you knew yourself as love?

When you start to tune in intuitively you can see clearly – people are in varying degrees of fear or love. Does fear keep you from being open in love?

Fear is contraction and love is expansion.

So the key then, is to be in love, all the time.

When someone asks you how you are, tell them you are in love.

When someone hurts you, love them and their fear.

When someone lies to you, love them and their fear.

When someone slights you, love them and their fear.

When someone crushes you, decimates you, rips your heart out and smashes it into a million pieces, love them and their fear.

By loving them you extend love to yourself.

By seeing them in the energy of love, it is returned to it.

Is it easy? Shit no.

Your ego, will scream and shout, pout and rage. You will have ample opportunity to love all your perceived “negative” emotions ( side note – they are just emotions – do yourself a favour and drop the positive or negative and just FEEL them)

Marianne Williamson said “Until we have seen someone’s darkness we don’t really know who they are. Until we have forgiven someone’s darkness, we don’t really know what love is”.

That’s why the first fight in a relationship – can be AWESOME – you get to see how the other person shows up from their shadow side. And vice versa.

Every moment is an opportunity to go deeper into love by concentrating on it, ESPECIALLY IN THE FACE OF CONFLICT. This is when your loving focus is required the most.

Loving people who are lovable is easy. Loving people who are arseholes is an amazing spiritual practice.

I practice being in love while waiting at airports ,in an Uber, on the plane, being the energy of love so all I need to do is share myself with others. I’ve also had plenty of practice at loving people who are unkind. They are my deepest teachers and I love them for that.

I experience a LOT of bliss focusing on love. Consistently.

If you’re ready to move into deeper levels of love, bliss and abundance email me and we can arrange a time to chat. Connection creates transformation.

Sending you love and light,

Is your careful just fearful?

Where do you live your life from – your mind or your heart?

I see this a lot in my coaching practice – a person experiences hurt, shuts down their heart, decides to live from their mind and then they wonder why, after time rolls by, life has lost it’s vibrancy, juiciness and wonder?

If you’ve ever suffered heartache then this process can happen unconsciously. If you are an adult it’s more than likely you have experienced loss or hurt, right? It can show up in so many different ways – not being able to find a new partner, being closed to new experiences, feeling trapped by your job, choosing not to spend money on yourself, feeling defensive or angry and wondering what the hell is the purpose of life? All these roads lead us back to our own level of self love.

It can be hard for the heart and mind to trust each other after a painful experience.

It’s also imperative.

If you want to experience joy, you need to trust your heart. You need to have the courage to listen to your heart’s desires and take action on them. That is what brings you joy!

Your rational mind is always looking to keep you safe and FEELING is one of the scariest things we can experience as human beings!

There is a way though. I’ve taken hundreds of people through the process where you realize your feelings are actually supporting you and showing you where energy is blocked. Negative feelings are a call for greater self awareness. Unblock the energy and you can move forward with ease and grace. Leave it there and it can be like a dam where the pressure just grows and grows.

So if life is not open, easy and joyful for you, if it’s not showing up in happy relationships, feeling empowered and with abundance then I know for sure you are not listening to, or following, your heart. Your heart is coded for the truth. It will always want to take you to the place that the mind will consider scary. The trick is to do it anyway.

The only way out is through. Drop me a line and let’s do it together.

Many blessings, Rebecca. xx
